Breakfast
Mornings at the Lodge start with the smell of fresh pastries and coffee coming from Linda’s kitchen and soon people begin to sprout. We prepare a full breakfast for all guests typically from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. Our delectable breakfast menu often includes breakfast meats from Homestead Market in Paonia, a tremendous local resource. Dishes reflect the season with tree ripened fruits and vegetables.

South of the Border - roasted hatch pepper egg scramble with fresh flour tortillas, avocado, tomatoes, chorizo or bacon and hot sauce.
All-American French Toast - hand cut French bread battered and crisped to perfection, topped with a yogurt-cream cheese sauce combined with raspberries and blueberries. Served with apple sausage and authentic maple syrup.
Waffle Bar - Order up your tall waffle with exactly what you want. Banana/walnut – strawberries and cream, or just plain with maple syrup. All served with a daily meat and eggs to order.
