Mornings at the Lodge start with the smell of fresh pastries and coffee coming from Linda’s kitchen and soon people begin to sprout. We prepare a full breakfast for all guests typically from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. Our delectable breakfast menu often includes breakfast meats from Homestead Market in Paonia, a tremendous local resource. Dishes reflect the season with tree ripened fruits and vegetables.

Cinnamon raisin coffee cake, banana walnut bread, peach cobbler, blueberry muffins

Main
South of the Border - roasted hatch pepper egg scramble with fresh flour tortillas, avocado, tomatoes, chorizo or bacon and hot sauce.

All-American French Toast - hand cut French bread battered and crisped to perfection, topped with a yogurt-cream cheese sauce combined with raspberries and blueberries. Served with apple sausage and authentic maple syrup.

Waffle Bar - Order up your tall waffle with exactly what you want. Banana/walnut – strawberries and cream, or just plain with maple syrup. All served with a daily meat and eggs to order.

Granola-cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juice, snack bars, and various juices and sodas

Linda’s daily lunch menu is posted in the dining area and is available for bag or enjoyment at the Lodge. Whether included in your package or not, we are happy to take care of your lunch needs.

Example: Two mini rolls with your choice of:

• Roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, provolone cheese, mayo and cracked pepper
• Turkey/bacon or avocado (when avail.), sprouts and mayo with a kick
• Veggie complete with lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts, avocado, cucumber and red pepper
• Homemade tuna, chicken, or egg salad

Dinner We are happy to serve dinner to groups that occupy the entire Lodge, up to 25 guests. This allows for additional guests not staying at the Lodge to join the festivities. The sounds of the river below along with stunning Mt. Sopris sunsets make dinners on the back porch a highlight of many groups’ vacations. Our kitchen/catering staff has many years of experience in a wide variety of culinary settings. Steaks, seafood (especially sushi) and Italian dinners are easily customized to satisfy your taste buds.

Drop -catering such as Cooter’s Country Catering and Zheng Bistro always are a hit and quite affordable. We work with many local catering companies and can assist you in finding the right one for your party needs. Complete meals begin at just $12 pp.
